Order in Council 590/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (2) of the Niagara Parks Act ,

Barton Maves of Niagara Falls

be appointed as a member of the Niagara Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the latter of March 21, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made.
