Order in Council 1470/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Beccarea was reappointed as part-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective October 17, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1372/2020;

And

whereas Robert Beccarea was appointed as part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of one year, effective November 20, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1530/2020;

And

whereas the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Board of Negotiation were continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal on June 1, 2021;

And

whereas Robert Beccarea tendered his resignation effective September 30, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Orders in Council O.C. 1372/2020 and 1530/2020 be revoked effective September 30, 2021.
