OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated September 8, 1998, pursuant to
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to appoint Kelly MacKenzie of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be a member of the Nova Scotia Council on Higher Education for a term of office commencing September 1, 1998 and ending March 31, 2000.
