OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated April 16, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 9 of the Financial Assistance Regulations made pursuant to
Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to: (
a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board of Directors' decision to amend the terms of the financial assistance to Pure Energy Visions Incorporated on terms and conditions generally as outlined in Schedules "A" and "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated April 16, 2010; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
