AN ACT TO AMEND THE LICENSING OF TRADES AND BUSIN;E'SSES ACT (Assented to , 1971) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Licensing of Trades and Businesses Act is hereby amended. 2. The following

section is added after

section 12: 13.

Where a person who is required to be registered or to hold a licence in respect of a business or any description or class of business pursuant to an order of the Minister made under this Act carries on or engages in the business or the description or class of business without being so reg istered or licensed or while his licence is suspended, the Minister or any person authorized by the Minister, may apply to a Supreme Court judge sitting in chambers for an order restraining the person, his employees or agents from carrying on such business within the Province unless and until the person is so licensed or registered or the suspension is terminated. 3.

This Act comes into force on the da1/ upon which it is assented to. Explanatory Notes I. This Bill amends
