Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated December 2, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of certain lands, containing 6 acres, more or less, situate at or near Henry Street, Sydney, County of Cape Breton, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A", and further shown outlined in a bold line on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the land to Harbourside Commercial Park Inc., a Nova Scotia Limited Company having its registered office at Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, Province of Nova Scotia, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
