OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 19, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2007, the Respiratory Therapists Act , is pleased to appoint Dr. Farha Sardar of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) and Martin Zwicker of Halifax Regional Municipality (Fletchers Lake) as public representatives of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists, both for a term of two (2) years commencing July 5, 2023.
