Order in Council 251/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , James McKenzie of Thornhill be appointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas James McKenzie was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of five years, effective July 3, 2012, by Order in Council O.C. 808/2012;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 808/2012 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
