OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated April 27, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act , is pleased to: (
a) re-appoint Ann Landers, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as the member of the Natural Products Marketing Council recommended by the Nova Scotia Milk Processors’ Division of the Atlantic Dairy Council for a term of three years commencing May 17, 2016; and (
b) order that Ann Landers be remunerated for her service in the amount of $100.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling her duties as a member, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
