Order in Council 499/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 61 of Ontario Regulation 290/13 under the Courts of Justice Act,

Deborah Oakley, of the City of Toronto

is re-appointed as a member and the Chair of the Provincial Judges Pension Board for a period of three years and until a successor is appointed, effective on the date of this Order in Council.
