B.C. Reg. 42/2007, deposited March 1, 2007, pursuant to the GAMING CONTROL ACT [Sections 1, 104 and 105]. Order in Council 118/2007, approved and ordered February 28, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 5 of the Gaming Control Regulation, B.C. Reg. 208/2002, is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) (

b) by adding at the end ", other than lottery ticket personnel described in subsection (2) (d)",

and

(

b) in subsection (2) by adding the following paragraph:

(

d) lottery ticket personnel , comprised of persons having on-site managerial responsibility for a retail facility where lottery tickets are sold. .
