Order in Council 1121/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Geographic Townships of Calvert and Teefy, in the Town of Iroquois Falls, District of Cochrane under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2322-80 filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 26 th day of February, 2018, be designated as King’s Highway pursuant to

section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50 as amended.
