B.C. Reg. 182/2002, deposited July 5, 2002, pursuant to the LABOUR RELATIONS CODE AMENDMENT ACT, 2002 [section 9]. Order in Council 570/2002, approved and ordered July 4, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following provisions of the

Labour Relations Code Amendment Act, 2002 , S.B.C. 2002, c. 47, are brought into force by this regulation:

(

a) effective July 30, 2002, sections 2 to 8;

(

b) effective September 1, 2002,
