OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated May 13, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations , N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated March 24, 2015, to provide a business development incentive by way of a payrollrebate to IGATE Technologies (Canada) Inc. in an amount not to exceed Three Million, Four-Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars ($3,422,800.00).
