Order in Council 1991/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council O.C. 388/2016 dated March 9, 2016, Mario Ferrara was reappointed as part-time member and re-designated as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority for a period ending no later than December 4, 2017;

and

whereas by Mario Ferrara resigned from the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority effective November 18, 2016;

therefore pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993,

Order in Council O.C. 388/2016 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
