Order in Council 1159/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 783/2014, dated the 30th day of April 2014, Kenneth A. Gansel was reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from May 30, 2014;

And

Whereas Kenneth A. Gansel has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Kenneth A. Gansel is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective May 31, 2017.
