OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 28, 2000, and pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, and

Section 13 of

Chapter 504 of the said Revised Statutes, the Wildlife Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to: (

a) accept on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia from the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation the conveyance of lands (including the intertidal area) in Musquodoboit Harbour, Halifax County, shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) make a payment of $10,000 a year for 10 years to the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation, subject to the availability of such funding; and (

c) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order.
