Order in Council 1073/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Heidi Reinhart was reappointed as part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective September 16, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1372/2023;

And

whereas Heidi Reinhart tendered her resignation effective May 12, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019, Order in Council O.C. 1372/2023 be revoked effective May 12, 2025.
