OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated September 9, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to approve, effective October 5, 2010, a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2010-2011, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,250,000,000, less the amount of $1,219,000,000 which has already been borrowed by the Minister of Finance between April 1, 2010 and July 31, 2010, inclusive, pursuant to Sections 46, 47 and 52 of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days.
