OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated October 28, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 25 and 112 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to amend the Air Quality Regulations , N.S. Reg. 28/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-87 dated February 25, 2005, to incorporate new air pollution limits and local protection measures relating to sodium dioxide, nitrogen oxides and mercury, and to provide for a Mercury Recovery Plan, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2015.
