The Election Financing Act ( S.M. 2012, c. 35, Sch.
A) Loi sur le financement des élections ,
annexe A du c. 35 des L.M. 2012
With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name February 21, 2013, as the day on which
(
a) The Election Financing Act , S.M. 2012, c. 35, Sch. A, except
Part 11 and
section 121, comes into force, and
(
b) The Elections Finances Act , R.S.M. 1987, c. E32, is repealed.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 21 février 2013 :
a) la date d'entrée en vigueur de la
Loi sur le financement des élections ,
annexe A du c. 35 des L.M. 2012 , à l'exception de la
partie 11 et de l'article 121;
b) la date d'abrogation de la
Loi sur le financement des campagnes électorales , c. E32 des L.R.M. 1987 .
