OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 3, 2006 and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) lease for a ten (10) year term, unless terminated on the anniversary date by either Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, or Gerrit H. Schuurmans and Leona Schuurmans, their respective heirs, executors, successors, or assigns, at a cost of $300.00 per year, totalling $3000.00 for the ten year term, a parcel of land located at Antrim, Halifax County, containing 1.13¦ hectares and shown outlined in boldline on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Gerrit H. Schuurmans and Leona Schuurmans, their respective heirs, executors, successors, or assigns; subject to the condition that Gerrit H. Schuurmans and Leona Schuurmans, their respective heirs, executors, successors, or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
