On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Farm Income Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 123/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 3 (1) of the Farm Income Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 123/2004, is amended by repealing paragraphs (

f) and (

g) and substituting the following:

(

i) Annex A of

Part III of the Canadian Agricultural Partnership: A Federal-Provincial-Territorial Framework Agreement on Agriculture, Agri-Food and Agri-Based Products Policy, signed by the minister on January 2, 2018, a copy of which is on file with a deputy minister of the minister;

(ii) Annex A of

Part III of the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership: A Federal-Provincial-Territorial Framework Agreement on Agriculture, Agri-Food and Agri-Based Products Policy, signed by the minister on March 14, 2023, a copy of which is on file with a deputy minister of the minister;

(

i) Annex A of

Part III of the Canadian Agricultural Partnership: A Federal-Provincial-Territorial Framework Agreement on Agriculture, Agri-Food and Agri-Based Products Policy, signed by the minister on January 2, 2018, a copy of which is on file with a deputy minister of the minister;

(ii) Annex A of

Part III of the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership: A Federal-Provincial-Territorial Framework Agreement on Agriculture, Agri-Food and Agri-Based Products Policy, signed by the minister on March 14, 2023, a copy of which is on file with a deputy minister of the minister.
