OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 24, 2004, pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Bruce P. Archibald of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Vice-Chair of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) and as Vice-Chair of the Construction Industry Panel, for a term of five (5) years, commencing April 28, 2004; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Bruce P. Archibald at a rate of $15,000.00 per annum, plus $300.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as Vice-Chair of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board or as Vice-Chair of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
