to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief

Gold Commissioner, dated May 7, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy

and Mines, order that

(

a) order in council 3130/68, and B.C. Regs. 152/71,

21/73, 35/88, 83/88, 157/96 and 389/98 are rescinded, and

(

b) B.C. Reg. 263/93 is amended as noted in the attached

Schedule.

(

a) by deleting the following site and the corresponding

sketch:

and

(

b) by adding the following sites:

and the corresponding sketches attached to this order.
