Loi sur la Société des alcools du Nouveau-Brunswick His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 4.1(8) of the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2016, is amended by striking out “shall present finan ‐ cial statements to the Corporation for the purposes of audit,” and substituting “shall present audited financial statements to the Corporation”. 1

section of the New Bruns ‐ wick Liquor Corporation Act,

chapter of the Re ‐ vised Statutes, 2016, on the commencement of this sec ‐ tion,

section of that Act applies to any procurement commenced before the commencement of this

section for the purchase of supplies, except liquor, required by the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation for the trans ‐ action of its business and affairs as if that provision had not been repealed. 8
