Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2014, the Community Economic Development Fund Act, is pleased to amend the Invest Nova Scotia Regulations, N.S. Reg. 332/2015, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-320 dated September 25, 2015, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 24, 2023.
