Order in Council 379/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Patricia Mandy be appointed as a part-time member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years from the date this Order in Council is made.

and further that Order in Council O.C. 48/2017 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
