Chapter 18 of the Acts of 2025, the Electricity Act , is pleased to amend the Green Choice Program Regulations , N.S. Reg. 155/2023, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2023-234 dated August 29, 2023, to update Act citations and make changes to the definition of “aggregate partnership”, the application process, subscription terms and conditions and the review of fixed administrative costs, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 17, 2026.
