OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: John Cathcart of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire April 30, 2005; Madelane Marie Chiasson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire April 30, 2005; Kevin P. Ruth of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire April 30, 2005; and Glendon W. Smith of Antigonish, Antigonish County, while employed with St. Ninian's Cathedral Parish.
