B.C. Reg. 127/2025 , deposited July 16, 2025, under the CLIMATE CHANGE ACCOUNTABILITY ACT [section 12], PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYERS ACT [sections 1 and 15 (2)], BUDGET TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT [section 24] and LOBBYISTS TRANSPARENCY ACT [section 11]. Order in Council 374/2025, approved and ordered July 16, 2025.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2026, the following regulations are amended as set out in the attached Schedule:

(

a) the Carbon Neutral Government Regulation, B.C. Reg. 392/2008;

(

b) the Crown Agency Employers Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 177/2007;

(

c) the Education and Health Sector Organizations Regulation, B.C. Reg. 53/2010;

(

d) the Lobbyists Transparency Regulation, B.C. Reg. 235/2019.

Schedule

Carbon Neutral Government Regulation

Section 2 of the Carbon Neutral Government Regulation, B.C. Reg. 392/2008, is repealed and the following substituted:

Excluded organizations or corporations

2 The following organizations or corporations are excluded from the definition of "public sector organization" in

section 1 of the Act:

(

a) Canadian Blood Services;

(

b) regulatory colleges within the meaning of the Health Professions and Occupations Act .

Crown Agency Employers Exemption Regulation

Section 1 of the Crown Agency Employers Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 177/2007, is amended by adding the following after " Organized Crime Agency of British Columbia Society ":

Regulatory colleges within the meaning of the Health Professions and Occupations Act .

Education and Health Sector Organizations Regulation

Section 1 of the Education and Health Sector Organizations Regulation, B.C. Reg. 53/2010, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

g) regulatory colleges within the meaning of the Health Professions and Occupations Act .

Lobbyists Transparency Regulation

Section 3 (a) (ii) of the Lobbyists Transparency Regulation, B.C. Reg. 235/2019, is amended by adding " and regulatory colleges within the meaning of the Health Professions and Occupations Act " after " consolidated revenue fund ".
