OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 17, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act, and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Gerald J. Hashey of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Nova Scotia Hospital, which appointment was made by Order in Council 92-281 dated March 10, 1992; and (

b) appoint Gerald J. Hashey of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
