OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated June 23, 1998, pursuant to Sections 15 and 16 of
Chapter 28 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the Auditor General Act, is pleased to: (
a) direct that the Auditor General make a program-oriented broad scope examination and audit of the accounts of the Workers' Compensation Board, and that the cost of the examination and audit be paid by the Workers' Compensation Board; (
b) direct that the Auditor General make a program-oriented broad scope examination and audit of the accounts of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal, and that the cost of the examination and audit be paid by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal; and (
c) direct that the Auditor General make a program-oriented broad scope examination and audit of the accounts of the Workers' Adviser Program, and that the cost of the examination and audit be paid by the Workers' Adviser Program.
