Part II, of amendments to the Financial Reporting and Accounting Manual regulations made by the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations on August 18, 2010 pursuant to

Section 451 of

Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998, the Municipal Government Act, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
