OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to Sections 4C and 4D of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to: (
a) assign all affairs and matters which have heretofore been assigned by or under any Act of the Legislature to the Office of Citizen-Centred Approaches or the Minister responsible for the Office Citizen-Centred Approaches to the Executive Council Office; and (
b) abolish the Office of Citizen-Centred Approaches.
