OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated January 3, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 40 of the Acts of 2011, the Nova Scotia Jobs Fund Act, and
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to approve amendments to environmental indemnities issued in favour of directors and officers of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated under the authority of Order in Council 2005-494, in the manner approved by Executive Council on March 7, 2013, and in form acceptable to the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism.
