Order in Council 910/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council 1719/2019, dated November 28, 2019, provides for the remuneration rates of the Community Opportunities Advocate, known as the Advocate for Community Opportunities;

And

whereas it is considered desirable to amend Order in Council 1719/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative power of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to provide for the remuneration of the advisors who serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, Order in Council 1719/2019 is amended by adding the following paragraph immediately after paragraph 1:

1.1 Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the Community Opportunities Advocate shall be compensated at the rate of $500.00 per diem up to a maximum amount of $42,000 for the period commencing on the date that Order in Council numbered O.C 909/2022, dated April 1, 2022, is made and concluding on November 15, 2022.
