OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated December 3, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, is pleased to make amendments to the Nova Scotia Cattle Marketing Plan, N.S. Reg. 211/2004, to correct an error in the provisions for electoral zones so that zones are more reflective of the industry, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from January 27, 2005.
