OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated September 28, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2009.
