Order in Council 1154/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Andrea Reid was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 17, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 128/2024;

And

whereas Andrea Reid tendered her resignation effective August 12, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 128/2024 be revoked effective August 12, 2025.
