Order in Council 2181/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Peter Andrews was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Assessment Review Board for a term of three years, effective November 14, 2014, by Order in Council O.C. 1103/2014;

And

whereas Peter Andrews tendered his resignation effective September 12, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 ,

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1103/2014 be revoked effective September 12, 2017.
