Order in Council 1485/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 259/2008, dated March 6, 2008, Dr. Peter A. Clark was appointed as Regional Coroner for the East Region of Ontario, comprised of the areas of Northumberland; Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough; Hastings, Lennox and Addington and Prince Edward; and Renfrew;

and

whereas Dr. Peter A. Clark retired and has, in writing, resigned his appointment as Regional Coroner for the East Region of Ontario, effective March 24, 2015;

therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 259/2008, dated March 6, 2008, appointing Dr. Peter A. Clark as Regional Coroner for the East Region of Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
