Statute: Expropriation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated September 15, 2020, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of a parcel of land to the Armour Group Limited, identified as “Parcel T” and shown on the attached

Schedule “A” and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the acquisition of a parcel of land, identified as “Lot A” and shown on the attached

Schedule "B" and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the land; and, (

d) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
