OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 1, 2000, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for access and for the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement and use of utility lines and poles, approximately 66 feet wide, with respect to Crown land at Hebbs Cross, Lunenburg County, at the location shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Wallace Llewellyn of Hebbs Cross, Lunenburg County, for the consideration of $1000.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
