OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 6, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing November 1, 2008 and ending on October 31, 2011: Margaret Dwyer of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Dorothy Malcom of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; and (
b) appoint the following persons as members of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing November 1, 2008 and ending on October 31, 2011: Mary Hart-Baker of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Lynn Stevenson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
