Order in Council 1951/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, as amended, Steven Pattison be appointed as a Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, effective the later of December 16, 2019 or the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond June 16, 2020.
