Order in Council 1111/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant To subsection 7(6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 ,

Carmine Domanico of Brampton

be designated as a part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Central West Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective June 9, 2017 up to and including April 11, 2020.
