Order in Council 1271/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act ,

Sandie Bellows of St. Catharines

be reappointed as a member and redesignated as chair of The Niagara Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the latter of September 17, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made.
