OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 2, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act, and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Soheir Nassar of New Minas, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with King's Children's Centre, which appointment was made by Order in Council 94-534 dated June 21, 1994; and (

b) appoint Soheir Nassar of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire May 31, 2005.
