OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated September 5, 2007, and pursuant to subsection 5(2) of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2001, the Registered Nurses Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Council of the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia, each for a three year term commencing on October 1, 2007 and expiring on September 30, 2010: Reid Harrison of RR#3 Windsor, Hants County; and John McNeil of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
